About Marynicole Ramirez
I am a Santa Barbara local, born and raised in this paradise I get to call my home. Here I attended St. Raphael School for elementary, graduated from Bishop Diego High School, and then recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in Digital Audiences. During the summer, I work with children for a local nonprofit here in Santa Barbara known as Safety Town. Safety Town is very important to me. Within my community I am able to work closely with children and educate them on important life skills. Safety Town was the first place where I realized how important it is to be an advocate for others, not only for the children I worked with, but now for clients in the housing market too. As a student, I’ve always loved to learn. Whether that was learning new subjects, new activities, new skills, new people, all of the above I absolutely loved to do it. Within real estate, I’m constantly learning something new everyday with the everchanging market. I have been lucky to watch my mom achieve her own success within the real estate market throughout her 30 year career. I instantly became in love with the beautifully designed homes, the different people you meet along the way, and the beauty of finding someone’s dream home and completely changing their life. In real estate, we build relationships that will last a lifetime. Working with my mom has been a gift and privilege because I’ve always looked up to her growing up, and getting to do the thing we both love together has been such a dream for us. I’ve always had the pleasure of being her daughter, but being her teammate through this has been the best gift of all. We both have different unique skills and I truly believe that it forms the perfect balance for us as a team.
